Validations and Translations

According to article 36 paragraph 2 subsection c of the Lawyers Code: “Article 36 Description of the lawyer’s work…. 2. Similarly, the lawyer’s work includes: b) Issuing certified copies of all kinds of documents. These copies are fully valid before any Judicial or other Authority, as well as against private, natural or legal persons. c) The translation of documents drawn up in a foreign language, as well as the translation of Greek documents into any foreign language. The translation has full validity before any Judicial or other Authority, as long as it is accompanied by a certified copy of the document that was translated and the lawyer certifies that he has sufficient knowledge of the language from and into which he translated.”
Through the validation of the translation by a lawyer, your documents acquire full legal force that can be used for any legal use, in all your dealings with government agencies and organizations, where your supporting documents must be accompanied by a certified translation in the official language of the respective state . Consequently, the validation guarantees the quality of the translation and makes it an official document, which can be submitted to the competent authority.
Our law office provides official translations of private and public documents, certified by lawyer Aikaterini Nassi. Translations concern documents that are required to be translated into the Greek language, but also vice versa, documents in the Greek language that must be officially translated into another language.
The languages from and into which we undertake to translate are English and Greek. Also provided are translations of contracts from English to Greek and vice versa as well as any text containing English legal terminology.
