Aikaterini G. Nassi is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and the Council of State, a member of the Nafplio Bar Association since 2006 and an accredited mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice in Civil and Commercial disputes.

She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2006 and holds two postgraduate degrees: the LLM Law of the Economy and of the Enterprises from the Law School of the University of Nicosia, Cyprus and the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University and the interdisciplinary M.Sc. The Technologies of Environmental Legislation of the Democritus University of Thrace (D.P.Th.) rescue or trap?”, while during the second the title “Modern environmental delinquency in Greece: Investigation, treatment and imposition of administrative and criminal sanctions”, which was presented at the pan-Hellenic scientific conference organized in Heraklion, Crete from September 8 to 10 2017 with the title “Environmental Liability, Prevention and Restoration: Challenges and Opportunities for the Protection of Biodiversity in Greece” and was published in its relevant proceedings.

In addition, she received specialized professional training in mergers and acquisitions of companies by attending the specialized training program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens entitled: “Mergers and Acquisitions”, the educational program of the Law School of the University of Nicosia concerning the law and the issues that arise in the field of Land and Water space with the title “Land and water space”, as well as the specialized training program with the title “Basic problems and cutting-edge issues in the field of meeting law and accounting” of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and participated in a multitude of scientific conferences that they occupy every legal sector, days, two days and seminars.

Furthermore, she was trained in mediation by the Mediation Center of Piraeus (KE.DI.P.), the internationally renowned Accredited Mediator and Mediator Trainer Ms. Maria Damianakis and the company “International Mediation Consulting” (IMC) of Canada, receiving the recognized degree of trained mediator from “International Mediation Consulting” of Canada in collaboration with the Mediation Center of Piraeus. She successfully took part in the pan-Hellenic accreditation exams for mediators of the Ministry of Justice, obtaining the title of Accredited Mediator and was registered in its special lists, with registry number 2223.

She was then retrained in high-advanced mediation, receiving the “Advanced Mediation” certificate from the Ministry of Justice-licensed mediator training institution “ADR Hellenic” (Alternative Dispute Resolution Hellenic Center).

Subsequently, he was retrained in the resolution of family law disputes through the family mediation process, successfully obtaining the following qualifications: a) the “Advanced Family Mediaton” retraining certificate from the organization “ADR Hellenic Training Hub” and b) the retraining certificate in family mediation mediation of the Mediator Training Institute of Alexandroupolis (IN.KA.DA.) and the Hellenic Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (EL.K.ED./ADR Hellenic Center) and was registered in the special lists of accredited family mediators of the Ministry of Justice.

Subsequently, he was retrained in the resolution of disputes in real estate law through the process of real estate mediation, successfully obtaining a certificate of further training in Real Estate Mediation from the agencies “Hellenic Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution” (“EL.K.ED./ADR Hellenic Center”) and the Institute Training Center for Mediators of Alexandroupoli (“IN.KA.DA.”) and was registered in the special lists of real estate mediators of the Ministry of Justice.

Furthermore, he was retrained in conflict resolution in the workplace and in intra-company Mediation from the organization “ADR Hellenic“, successfully receiving the title “Conflict Resolution and Mediation in the workplace“, as well as in the field of resolution through the mediation process of financial – banking disputes in law, having successfully attended and received the title of continuing education in financial mediation (based on the requirements of Law 4738/2020) from the Athenian Mediator Training and Education Center A.K.K.E.D. – Prometheus” and the Greek Mediation Institute GMI (Greek Mediation Institute).

He further specialized in crisis management and negotiations, attending and successfully completing the professional specialization program receiving the “Mini Diploma” entitled “Crisis Management & Negotiation Skills” of IST College, as well as the special training program of the Assessment Psychosomatic Counseling of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, receiving the relevant training certificate.

She is fluent in Greek (mother tongue), English (C2/C2 level) and Italian at A2 level. Possesses English legal terminology, having successfully attended the training cycle entitled “English Legal Terminology” of the model scientific training center of the LAW LIBRARY.

She was registered as a trainee lawyer at the Bar Association of Nafplion in 2006 and after completing her internship, from 2008 until today she has been an active and combative lawyer, having been promoted to a lawyer at the Supreme Court and the Council of State, maintaining a bar office in Nafplio active in all areas of the Regional Unit of Argolis (Nafplio, Argos, Kranidi, Porto Heli, Ermioni, Palaia and Nea Epidavros, etc.), the region of Astros, Municipality of North Kynouria, the Regional Unit of Arcadia, but also throughout the Greek Territory, as well as at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg, France.

He has dealt with a wide range of cases covering all areas of law, with an active and long-standing presence in civil, criminal, administrative courts, at all levels of jurisdiction and in the Supreme Courts, the Supreme Court, the Council of State and the European Court of Of human rights.
