In cases where the judicial process is considered costly and time-consuming, it is undoubtedly the appropriate and convenient way of administering justice. Now, recourse to justice is not a one-way street, since with Law 4640\/2019 the parties to a dispute have the possibility to resolve all private law disputes with the help of an impartial, neutral, confidential, objective third party, the mediator.<br \/>With the excellent knowledge and application of mediation techniques and rules, as well as negotiation techniques, the law office offers effective representation of the principals either from the legal representative or from the mediator&#8217;s side in the process in question. Also, as a mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice, I take on every civil and commercial law mediation case to avoid the court system.
